Established in 2001, Coast & Country are the largest registered social landlord (RSL) in Redcar and Cleveland, owning and managing over 10,000 homes. Our properties and estates are located in a diverse range of urban estates, seaside resorts and rural villages. From Filey to Stokesley, Billingham to Skinningrove, you’ll see one of our vans out and about on an estate near you. Our contracts span further than the Redcar and Cleveland area, reaching as far as Bishop Auckland.

But Coast & Country are so much more than just bricks and mortar. We have developed our commercial arm of the company; branching out with our home ownership brand – times4 homes, who provide high quality, affordable properties, and times4 property services forming part of the property maintenance division of Coast & Country including our Handyman service.

We are also extremely proud of our HomeCall service, which provides independent living services to help the elderly and vulnerable to live safely in their own homes to improve their enjoyment of life.

More recently we have opened our Mill Meadows site; a beautifully designed, family friendly development of 300 new homes on the edge of the coastal town of Filey in Scarborough. The homes on Mill Meadows are built by Coast & Country Developments (CCD).
