Established in 2001, Coast & Country are the largest registered social landlord (RSL) in Redcar and Cleveland, owning and managing over 10,000 homes. Our properties and estates are located in a diverse range of urban estates, seaside resorts and rural villages. From Filey to Stokesley, Billingham to Skinningrove, you’ll see one of our vans out and about on an estate near you. Our contracts span further than the Redcar and Cleveland area, reaching as far as Bishop Auckland.

But Coast & Country are so much more than just bricks and mortar. Our HomeCall service provides independent living services to help the elderly and vulnerable to live safely in their own homes to improve their enjoyment of life. HomeCall provides a 24 hour a day service, giving customers, families and carers confidence and peace of mind.

We have our home ownership brand – times4 homes, who provide high quality, affordable properties available with a range of purchase options from shared ownership, shared equity to outright purchase.

In addition to the times4 brand, times4 property services was developed, to form part of the property maintenance division of Coast & Country. From this we have developed a scheme called the Handyman service offering a quick, effective and low cost odd-job service. Since 2004, times4 have carried out over £180 million worth of work delivering cutting edge solutions of the highest quality to over 10,000 domestic and commercial properties, firmly establishing them as one of the most credible property maintenance service providers in the north of England.

More recently we have opened our Mill Meadows site; a beautifully designed, family friendly development of 300 new homes on the edge of the coastal town of Filey in Scarborough. The homes on Mill Meadows are built by Coast & Country Developments (CCD). The Mill Meadows development is an exciting scheme and an opportunity to build high standard, sustainable and efficient houses, while delivering training and employment in the local area.
