County Durham Housing Group Limited is a Registered Provider of social housing.

The group was established in April 2015 following the transfer of ownership and management of Durham County Council’s former 18,500 homes.

County Durham Housing Group consists of three local landlords, who provide and develop housing services based on their own customers’ unique needs:

• Dale & Valley Homes owns and manages around 4,200 properties in the west of the county

• Durham City Homes owns and manages around 5,900 properties in the city centre and its surrounding areas

• East Durham Homes owns and manages around 8,300 properties across in the east.

The group prides itself on putting tenants at the heart of what we do and as a new housing provider, making them part of our journey in providing better housing services, homes and communities.
