Consett is a town in the northwest of County Durham approximately 14 miles west of Newcastle and 13 miles North West of Durham putting it within accessible distances of excellent air, rail and road links. The town sits on the edge of the Pennines on the border of County Durham and Northumberland with picturesque views over the Derwent Valley and immediate access to some fantastic countryside.
